I once owned a farm in Jefferson County, Tenn. the first cost was $400. dollars, and I sold it for $710 & me & family then moved to Bledsoe Co, Tenn. and I purchased another farm for $800. I improved and beautified it, and lived on it 14 years. I then sold it to William Worthington for $1800. I then purchased a farm of some 900 acres of Major Lowrey in Warren Co. Tenn for some $2000. in cash and if we are spared we expect to remove there by the first of March 1850.

We arrived in Bledsow Co on the 15th day of April in the year 1836.
And my farm in Warren Co I purchased in Sept 1849, of Maj Lowrey

NB We all arrived safe in Warren this Febr, 1850.
