Jeremiah Bacon was born in Salem Co., New Jersey and moved to Maidencreek Twp., Berks Co., Pennsylvania after his marriage to unknown (wife maybe a Fronica?) Both Jeremiah and wife are buried in Berks Co., PA.

I have in my possession from Berks Co the following will for Thomas Bacon of Maiden Creek Township, Berks County Pennsylvania, which says, in part
I give and bequest to my daughter Nancy Bacon (daughter of Catherine Boda) all the residue and remainder of my estate
...I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my kind friend William Neis whole and sole executor
...I have hereunto set myhand and seal the eleventh day of the twelfth month one thousand eight hundred and seventeen 1817"
