NANCY DEATHERAGE JOLLY4 (Abner3, George2, William1), daughter of Abner Deatherage, was born about the 1803 [1850 federal census]. She apparently died between 1860 and 1864.
Nancy married William Jolly on 11 Dec 1821 in Roane Co., Tennessee [Bond: County Record]. William, son of William and Nancy (Wheeler) Jolly, was born about the year 1802 in Greene Co., Tennessee. William died about 1875 at Rhea Co., Tennessee [Probate Records].
William Jolly married second Elizabeth "Betsy" Ellis, widow of James Knox, on 22 Sep 1864, at Rhea Co., Tennessee. Elizabeth Ellis married first James Knox on 17 Apr 1817 at Rhea Co, Tennessee. Elizabeth was born 17 Mar 1802. She died 2 Jul 1875 and is buried next to her first husband at Rhea Co, Tennessee.Sources
